Taproom open from 4.00pm to 10.30pm. Food hatches open from 5pm to 8pm.
We have Poppadimes visiting us tomorrow for the very first time. They are very much local to us (from Horseheath) and their food trailer offers up Indian curry, along with Shish Kebabs. Their motto is ''What's Life Without Spice'' with the belief that curry and beer is like ham and eggs! Please come and sample their great food and give your support.
Once again, we have the fine chaps from Marilyn & the Fine Apes, or MATFA’s as they are affectionately known to their legion of followers. They are a 3-piece covers band, featuring "Medium Paced" Eddie Bowers (vocals, rhythm guitar, harmonica, accordion, banjo and keys), “Jumping” Joe O'Hara (cajon, percussion and vocals) and “Funtime” Frankie Scholfield (lead vocals and guitars) creating a colourful sound of summer. The "Apes" draw their inspiration from Irish Roots, Country, Blues and Acoustic Rock genres, with a mutual love of Bob Dylan being their predominant influence. Although their setlist comprises mainly of covers, the band have written a number of original compositions.
